There will not be any refund issued once we have emailed the ad-free version of the banner to the purchaser.
Users are expected to download and try the free version of any banner they create so that they can be sure the ad-free banner they buy will suit their purpose before they purchase the ad line removal service.
Because of the nature of the product delivered, we can not issue refunds once the ad-free version of your banner has been provided to you via email. Exceptions can be made if there are obvious typos or defects of any kind. The final decision would remain at our discretion.
A refund can not be issued if the user can not install the banner on their site since that is why we provide the free version of the banner for download. The free banners are provided for users to try before they buy or to use if they are willing to keep the ad line and link back to our website.
We also offer banner installation services for a fee should the client not be able to install their banners on their own. |
