We send banner retreival details to the email address used when you made your purchase. Banner processing can take up to 12 hours but is usually completed within 6 hours of purchase if all info is accurate.
If you are using a free email service like Yahoo, Gmail, Hotmail, Live, etc... you may need to add the freeflashdesigns.com domain to your SPAM whitelist depending on your mail account settings.
If you ordered more than 12 hours ago and still have not received your banner retreival instructions, you should check your email account SPAM folder to make sure that our emails are not being mis-classified by your mail account provider. |
